1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the slvp platform at https://slvp.onl — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the slvp service. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the player) and slvp.
These terms are written in English and apply to all players using the slvp platform from within the Philippines. In the event of any ambiguity, the English language version is the governing version.
2 Eligibility and Registration
To register and maintain a slvp account, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are located in the Philippines at the time of use.
- You are registering under your own true identity and not on behalf of another person.
- You have not previously been excluded from the slvp platform.
- You are not registering for the purpose of conducting fraudulent activity of any kind.
Only one account per person is permitted. If slvp identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether intentionally or otherwise — both accounts may be suspended and any funds subject to review. Players found to have created duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses will have those bonuses voided.
By registering, you confirm that all information you provide during signup is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account suspension.
3 Account Verification (KYC)
slvp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of account setup. Full verification is required before any withdrawal from your account can be processed.
You may be asked to submit one or more of the following as part of KYC:
- A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card)
- Proof of current address in the Philippines
- A selfie or live verification for identity matching
During verification, your phone number will be confirmed via OTP. All documents submitted during KYC are handled in accordance with slvp's Privacy Policy. slvp reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time of being requested to do so may result in withdrawal restrictions. Players who submit fraudulent documents will have their account permanently closed.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on slvp are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency is accepted or processed on this platform.
Deposits are accepted through approved Philippine payment channels. These include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. The specific methods available will be displayed at the time of deposit. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on slvp.
Withdrawals are processed to the same or an equivalent payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to slvp's verification requirements. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. slvp does not charge internal fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
slvp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where the circumstances of the account activity warrant review. This is done to protect players from fraud and to comply with platform security obligations.
5 Games, Bets, and Results
The slvp platform provides access to online slot games, live casino table games, casino games, and sports betting markets. Each game or betting market operates under the rules displayed within that section of the platform.
Once a round has been completed or a sports event has been settled, the result is final and binding. slvp cannot void or reverse a settled result based on a player's disagreement with the outcome — game results are determined by the game engine or the real-world outcome of the sporting event, as applicable.
In the event of a clear technical error that results in an incorrect settlement (for example, a system fault that displays a win that should not have occurred), slvp reserves the right to correct the settlement. Players will be notified if a manual correction is applied to their account.
Sports betting markets may be suspended or removed prior to an event starting if the event is cancelled, postponed, or if the integrity of the market is in question. In such cases, open bets on the affected markets will be voided and the stake returned to the player's PHP balance.
6 Promotions and Bonuses
slvp may offer promotions, bonuses, and other incentive programs to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the point of the offer.
Players must read and understand the applicable promotion terms before opting in. Key terms will include any wagering or turnover requirements, eligible games, time limits, and any restrictions on withdrawing bonus-related funds. slvp does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion for any fixed period.
Promotions are intended for individual player use in good faith. slvp reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back promotional bonuses where it determines that a player has used multiple accounts, provided false information, or engaged in gaming behaviour designed specifically to exploit a promotion rather than to play in the spirit of the offer.
7 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slvp account credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login information with any other person.
slvp protects all connections to the platform using SSL encryption and applies OTP-based verification at login as an additional security layer. These measures reduce the risk of unauthorised account access, but your own password hygiene is the most important line of defence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact slvp support immediately at [email protected]. slvp cannot be held responsible for losses that result from a player sharing their credentials with another person or from their own failure to maintain account security.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slvp platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or glitches in the platform for financial gain.
- Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification.
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other illegal conduct.
- Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.
slvp actively monitors platform activity for signs of abuse. Where prohibited activity is identified, slvp will act in accordance with these terms and may report the matter to relevant authorities where required.
9 Responsible Gaming
slvp is an entertainment platform and is not intended to be used as a source of income. All games and sports betting markets involve chance — no outcome is predictable or guaranteed. Players should approach all gaming activity as discretionary entertainment spending.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold to third parties. It is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and to provide the platform services.
11 Limitation of Liability
slvp provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While slvp takes reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functions correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slvp's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your slvp account at the time of the relevant event. slvp is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for matters where limitation is not permitted by law.
12 Changes to These Terms
slvp reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through the platform or via the registered email address. Continued use of the slvp platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
